Randy L. Miller
Founder & Managing Director
Randy graduated from Lewis & Clark College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1987. Shortly after graduating he went to work for Kidder, Peabody & Co., Inc. as a retail/institutional investment broker. After several years in the brokerage industry Mr. Miller continued his investment career with a nationally recognized money management firm, The Crabbe Huson Group. In 1995 Crabbe Huson reorganized and formed Copper Mountain Financial Group, Inc. where Mr. Miller held the designation of Vice President and Senior Advisor. Mr. Miller has held the designations of Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) and Certified Personal Wealth Advisor (CPWA), both from the Investment Management Consulting Association. |

Sue Studwell Ms. Studwell graduated from Norland College in Berkshire, England in 1979. She began working in the investment industry in 1985 as a Sales Assistant at Bear Stearns & Co., Inc. in Los Angeles. After ten years at Bear Stearns she moved to Central Oregon and accepted a position with the Consulting Group of Salomon Smith Barney in Bend, Oregon. Sue joined ASI in March of 1998 and is our Director of Operations. |

Cindi Schoettler Cindi is a Seattle native who received a degree in Communications and Marketing from the University of Washington in 1981. She spent ten years in the Human Resource and Recruiting field as Manager of Sales and Training for General Employment Services. Cindi’s investment experience began with Zevenbergen Capital, a successful growth oriented Money Manager in Seattle, where Cindi was a Principal and Manager of Client Service for ten years. Cindi joined ASI in April 2004 and works with our clients in the Seattle market place. |

Steven B. Wright Steve earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Oregon State University in 1998. Previous to joining ASI in August 2006, Mr. Wright spent 8 years in the Retirement Plans business unit of StanCorp Financial Group (“The Standard”). During his career at The Standard, Mr. Wright served as an Associate Defined Contribution Analyst, Service Representative, and Pension Consultant. In March 2006, he was awarded the Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) designation by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. |

Brian P. DeBels Brian earned his degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Washington State University in 1996. He spent 8 years with Jensen Investment Management in Portland, Oregon as Head of Equity & Fixed Income Trading, Performance Measurement & Reporting Supervisor, and Client Account Billing Manager. During his tenure at Jensen, Brian earned his Series 65 license and was also a member of the Security Traders Association of Portland for three years. Brian joined ASI in August 2006, he is an Investment Analyst and is responsible for client reporting as well as investment analytics. |

Stacy Horton Ms. Horton is our Operations and Trading Specialist in the Bend office. Raised in Texas, Stacy migrated west in 2001 from the Dallas area. Prior to joining ASI in June 2005, Stacy was the Operations Manager for Raymond James Financial Services in Bend. She also worked for RBC Dain Rauscher, and Rushmore Investment Advisors in Texas. Although Stacy found her career in Finance, she received her Bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University in 1991 in Landscape Architecture. |

Michelle Drolette Michelle is our Operations and Client Manager in the Seattle office. She has more than 20 years of experience in Finance, Customer Service and Accounting in the telecom, manufacturing and construction industries. Prior to joining ASI in 2001, Michelle was Accounting Manager for Voicestream in Seattle. She studied Credit and Finance at Seattle Pacific University. |
